Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tellumia mobile app and related services (the “Service”) provided by Armaghast Industries (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Tellumia, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others;
  • Generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or that attempts to bypass the Service’s safety controls;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.

4. Your content

Stories you create with the Service are yours. You retain ownership of the creative inputs you provide and the stories generated for you, subject to the rights of any underlying AI provider and applicable law. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

5. AI-generated content

Stories are produced by automated AI systems. While we apply age-appropriate guardrails and a best-effort safety rating, AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. The safety rating is not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it, and for deciding whether it is appropriate for your intended audience.

6. Subscriptions, plans, and billing

The Service offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription with higher usage limits. Plan limits (for example, the number of stories you can generate per period) are described in the app and may change. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and our billing provider; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them through your app-store account. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features, and may set or adjust usage limits, to keep the Service sustainable and secure.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Delete your data page). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armaghast Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the publisher jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
