Delete your account & data
Last updated: August 21, 2026
You can delete your Tellumia account and the data associated with it at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how the self-serve flow works, what gets deleted, and how to reach us if you can’t access the app.
Delete from the app (recommended)
Open Tellumia and go to:
Settings → Delete account & data → Delete my account
Your account is locked immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, just sign back in before the 30 days are up and choose Reactivate account to cancel the deletion. After the grace period, your account and data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Can’t access the app?
If you’re unable to use the in-app flow, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, and authentication data);
- Your stories and series, including generation inputs and continuity memory;
- Your favorites, collections/shelves, and saved story profiles;
- Your usage records associated with the account.
- Your generated cover images stored for those stories.
- Your reports about generated stories or cover images.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and we may keep de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you. The deletion audit keeps request and completion timestamps, but removes its copy of your email address after purge. We also delete the customer record associated with your Tellumia user ID from RevenueCat. Apple or Google may retain transaction records under their own policies, and deleting either record does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Stories previously downloaded remain on your device until you remove the app or clear its data.
